This is the first batch of cookies to be send in for baking. Looks good right.... Ok, looks are so deceiving. It came out like shit.. Hard like biscuits.
Still the first batch but i added aluminium foil or else the candy would have stuck to the tray.
I went down and bought another brand of butter. Made a smaller amount of dough using my own recipe. The above ones added a few extra things thats why didn't turn out well. These cookies are actually BAKED. And it taste soooooooo good. The crunchiness is just nice.
